ingredients
400 g goat cheese, if possible the traditional (smoked) goat cheese from La Palma
Olive oil for frying
Mojo verde and mojo rojo to drizzle

preparation
Cut the cheese into triangular slices. Either fry in olive oil in a pan and then drizzle with mojo or brush with mojo and place in the 180 ° C oven for 5 minutes.
