Fried goat cheese

Enjoyed at La Tasca de Juan Pedro in Gáldar with Helena, Robin and Michael

ingredients

  • 400 g goat cheese, if possible the traditional (smoked) goat cheese from La Palma

  • Olive oil for frying

  • Mojo verde and mojo rojo to drizzle

preparation

Cut the cheese into triangular slices. Either fry in olive oil in a pan and then drizzle with mojo or brush with mojo and place in the 180 ° C oven for 5 minutes.
