Aceitunas fritas con alioli
Fried olives with aioli
Enjoyed in our Airbnb in El Burrero with Helena, Robin, Filip and Martha

4 aperitif portions
Ingredients for the fried olives
1 glass of large olives as desired
6 tbsp flour
6 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 beaten eggs
Olive oil for deep-frying

Ingredients for the aioli
2 cloves of garlic
180 ml rapeseed oil
1 teaspoon mustard
2 egg yolks

preparation
Roll the olives in flour, egg, breadcrumbs, egg and more breadcrumbs and fry them in a saucepan with plenty of olive oil. Drain on kitchen paper.
For the aioli, puree the garlic cloves, rapeseed oil, mustard and egg yolks with a blender.
